Shirley FernandesPyschologist/Therapist
Shirley is a clinical psychologist, and a family and couple therapist. She has experience working in community clinics, and has worked specifically with children and their families for the last four years. Her focus is on helping each child transform his/her own peronsal narative, and begin to see themselves as the protagonist of their own story. She pays particular attention to the parents' role in the child's life, and seeks insight through her understanding of each child as biopsychosocial subject with the innate need for emotional support.

“I learned that there is no place called happiness, and we can only find it along the way. I love children; from the little baby to the adolecent! I love being with my family, and laughing with my daughters. I believe that coffee is a bridge that brings people together, and that's why I love having coffee with my friends, and in doing so nurturing our relationships."
