Hi, my name is Mateus. I live with my mother, sister, and cousin. My mother is unemployed and takes care of us as best as she can. My sister was awarded a scholarship for low income families to go to college, and she is studying to become a teacher. I'm a good kid, but my mother worries about me getting caught up like some of my cousins who live close by in the very dangerous and violent drug trade. My mom is excited to have a safe place for me so she can go back to work worry free. I love soccer and am a very good athlete.
