Before moving to Brazil three years ago, Jordan was an active volunteer in the Metro-Detroit area, accumulating well over 1000 hours of service at non-profits such as: God’s Helping Hands, Habitat for Humanity, H.O.P.E. Warming Center, and the S.A.Y. Play Center. In 2013, he graduated with honors from Rochester University, earning his Bachelor’s of Science degree in biblical studies, and to this day is an active reader of theology books and the Bible. Upon completing the theoretical portion of the missionary training school at YWAM Recife in 2019, he spent two months of intensive practical training at Projeto Gamaliel in Garanhuns. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, hiking/camping, and spending time working in his garden.
